AI & Automation Specialist
Job Responsibilities
Design and build AI-powered workflows and assistants for client businesses — from support automation to internal tooling.
Evaluate and integrate LLM providers and automation platforms based on each client's needs.
Work with the delivery team to make sure automation actually reduces manual work, not just adds complexity.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years working with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or applied AI in production
- Solid scripting/programming ability (Python or JavaScript)
- Experience with workflow/automation tools (n8n, Zapier, or similar)
- Comfortable explaining technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
