Job Responsibilities
Lead UX research and UI design for client products, from early discovery through high-fidelity design.
Build and maintain design systems that hold up across a growing product.
Collaborate closely with engineering to make sure what ships matches what was designed.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio showing real shipped work
- Strong command of Figma and modern design systems
- Comfortable running lightweight user research within tight engagement timelines
- Ability to present and defend design decisions to clients directly
